Previously, Richard led commercial teams at Lloyds Banking Group, Tesco Bank, Sainsbury’s Bank, Scottish Widows and Standard Life. Richard is a Chartered Marketer and is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Data & Marketing.
