Origo Options Transfers SLA's

The Options community has a responsibility to encourage and support consistent implementation of the Options System across all participating Providers.

To fulfil this responsibility, a number of operational targets and SLAs that all Options using organisations need to adhere to in order to drive transfer times down have been identified. 

Details of these specific targets and SLAs for cash and Re-registration transfers are detailed as follows:

  • Ceding Provider to Allocate Transfers with 24 hours of Activation
  • Ceding Provider to move Transfer to Funds Sent within 8 calendar days of Allocation
  • Receiving Provider to move to Funds Received within 3 calendar days of Funds Sent
